Asian Barbecue Marinade

IMG_2674What you will need:
1 kilo of meat 1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
4 tablespoons of water
3 tablespoons of oil

In a bowl combine all ingredients with hands ensuring mixed well. Now place into a covered container and keep in the fridge for desired time. This should be anywhere from 4-8 hours. Your meat is now ready for the barbecue. Serve with salad, chips or veggies. Marinade also works well with chicken, lamb or pork.
