Chocolate Crackles
Ingredients:
4 cups Rice Bubbles
1 cup icing sugar
5 tbsp cocoa powder
250g copha
Method:
Chop up the copha and melt on low heat on the stove, allow to cool a little. In another bowl mix the Rice Bubbles, icing sugar and cocoa, and when the copha is cool enough then mix it through thoroughly. Refrigerate until set, between 1-2 hours.
