125g soft butter
1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
dozen patty cases

1 packet of white fondant
1 tub of Betty Crocker Deluxe Vanilla frosting for grass
Green food colouring for grass and fondant topping

Cadbury Clinkers for footballs
White chocolate icing pen for football seams

Cupcakes – Preheat oven to 160C, beat the butter, sugar and vanilla until pale. Add eggs, one at a time, then the flour and milk, stir well until combined. Spoon mixture into patty cases and bake for 20 minutes. (Monitor till turning golden)

Icing – Take your fondant block and distribute 8 drops of green colouring in different places into the block . Massage the colouring into the fondant until it has a marbeled look. Cut out circles the size of your cupcakes and place on top when cakes have cooled. Then mix 10 drops of green food colouring into the tub of vanilla icing and mix through. Using a piping bag, create your grass in the centre of the cupcake and place clinker on top. With the white chocolate pen create your seams.
