Mars Bar Slice

IngreMars Bar Slicedients:
For the base:
4X 65g Mars Bars chopped
90g butter
3 cups Rice Bubbles
For the topping:
200g milk chocolate
30g butter

Method:
Grease 19x29cm lamington pan. Combine Mars Bars and 90g butter in saucepan. Stir constantly over heat without boiling. Stir until mixture is smooth (whisk is handy to mix nougat). Remove from heat and stir in Rice Bubbles. Press mixture into prepared pan. For the topping melt 30g butter and chocolate in pan over hot water. Stir until smooth. Spread chocolate topping over slice. Refrigerate until set.

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 30 bite sized pieces or 10 large
Refrigerate to set for 2 hours plus
