Mummy Bags

This week I kept myself busMummy Bagsy at a bit of sewing. Going through my old clothes I found a few pieces that I love, but were no good to me anymore. Usually this stuff goes into the charity box, but I decided to re-think and re-use. Old singlet tops (with strap is easiest) make fantastic bags, dresses and also jumpsuits. Just turn them side on and sew across the bottom edge to create a re-usable bag. They are great for shopping (the fashion conscious eco-bag), and because they are made of cloth they are great for carrying spare clothes and shoes, great as a beach bag, gym bag or shoe travel bag.
