Nutella Oreo Mousse – Simply the perfect chocolate marriage

600mls thickened cream
750g jar of Nutella
6-8 full sized Oreo biscuits
1 packet of tiny Oreo biscuits
Sprinkling of icing sugar

 


Method:
Take 300mls of cream and mix it gently with all the Nutella.

Then take the remaining 300mls, add it and mix till all combined being careful not to over mix.

Break up your full sized Oreo biscuits into small chunks about the size of 5 cent pieces then carefully mix those in.

Place into the fridge for a minimum 4 hours.

When set dust on your icing sugar and place a baby Oreo on the top of your mousse.

Enjoy your Nutella Oreo Mousse! From this recipe you should get around 5-6 cups as pictured above.
